A Nurturing Space Where All of You Belongs: Mind, Body & Spirit
As a queer and neurodivergent affirming therapist, the clients I collaborate with often hold intersecting identities that have historically been excluded from therapy spaces. Many have worn the mask of everything is fine while over-functioning, over-giving, and quietly running on empty. My hope when I meet new clients is that therapy feels like a place where all of you belongs — no performing, shrinking, or dimming yourself required. Emotional overwhelm doesn't have to be the norm. I walk beside clients who want to heal old wounds, return home from self abandonment and like who they see when they get there.
Compassionate collaboration, built on shared power is at the heart of where we start. My approach is holistic addressing the mind, body, and spirit. Grounded in mindfulness, Somatic attachment, EMDR and informed by IFS. This isn’t just about talking; it’s about feeling, exploring, and tending to your nervous system in a healing-centered, experiential way.
What to expect in your first session? No pressure, no spotlight—just a warm, steady invitation to settle in and move at your own pace. Whether we talk about your story, your favorite plant, your pet, or the last book you read, it’s all welcome here. Email me today to schedule an introductory consultation. Let’s take this step together.
